Referral & wallet terms
Rules for the refer-and-earn programme and wallet credit.
How it works
- Share your referral code or link from Refer & earn.
- Your friend signs up with it. They can also add the code later from their account, but only before placing their first order.
- When your friend's first order is delivered, you get your reward.
Rewards

Your reward shows as Pending in your wallet until the order is delivered, then becomes available. There's no limit on how many friends you can refer.
Using wallet credit
- At checkout, wallet credit can pay for up to 50% of the value of the items in your order (not counting delivery and handling charges).
- It has no cash value. It can't be withdrawn, transferred to another account, or exchanged for cash.
- Your wallet shows every credit and payment with its order number.
Cancellations and refunds
- If an order paid partly with wallet credit is cancelled, that credit is returned to your wallet.
- If your friend's qualifying order is cancelled, your pending reward is cancelled. Their next first order can qualify instead.
Fair use
The programme is for referring real friends. You can't refer yourself or create extra accounts. Rewards earned through fake or duplicate accounts, or other misuse, may be cancelled, and the accounts suspended under our terms of use.
Changes to the programme
We may change the amounts or rules, or end the programme, by updating this page. Changes don't affect rewards already earned, and amounts always match what's shown on the Refer & earn page at the time.
